Where does Trail & Wine take place?
The event takes place in Ensenada, Baja California, with the starting point at Viñedo El Cielo. Runners will enjoy a unique trail experience surrounded by vineyards, nature, and spectacular landscapes.
What distances are available for the race?
There are three trail running distances available: 35K, 21K, and 8K. The 35K route includes both Elite and Age Group categories, while the 21K and 8K are Age Group categories only.
What is included in the runner’s kit?
Your kit includes a cap, drawstring bag, buff, reusable silicone cup, finisher pants, long-sleeve shirt, race shirt, commemorative medal, and post-race meal including pasta and one glass of wine.
What time does the race start?
The first start begins at 9:00 AM on September 27, 2026. Arrival is recommended at least 45 minutes before your assigned start time for registration and preparation.
Are there hydration stations and medical support on the course?
Yes. There will be hydration stations and medical assistance available along the route to support all participants during the race.
Can someone else pick up my race kit for me?
Yes, but they must present your QR code with completed web check-in or your signed waiver form. Without this documentation, the race kit cannot be delivered.
Are registrations refundable or transferable?
No. All registrations are final and cannot be refunded or transferred to another participant.
What payment methods are accepted for registration?
You can register through the website or APP using credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or convenience stores after completing your pre-registration.
What happens after crossing the finish line?
At the finish line, you’ll receive your recovery kit with water, isotonic drink, and fruit, plus your finisher medal, finisher shirt, and access to the final vineyard meal experience.
